Where will I be stationed if I am hired?
Our main production facility and head office are located in Jakarta. However, we also operate representative offices in Yogyakarta and Bali. Your placement will highly depend on the position you are applying for. Factory operations, QC, and core supply chain roles are primarily based in Jakarta, while sales, marketing, and administrative roles may be open for our regional offices.
Do I need prior experience in the plastic manufacturing industry to apply?
While having previous experience in the plastic, packaging, or heavy manufacturing industry is a strong advantage, it is not strictly mandatory for all positions. We highly value motivated individuals with a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn. Many of our successful team members in sales and administration started with us from different industry backgrounds.
